After sending my previous message, I almost immediately thought of another place to look and found the article--well actually two articles. I will get those scanned and sent to you in a day or two.
The first article is call "Horror at Lost Creek: A 1902 Coal Mine Disaster." It is 19 pages long including the title page and is a narrative of events.
The second article, "You Got to Go Ahead and Get Killed: Lost Creek Remembered" is a series of excerpt from an interview of a man who was a young boy living in Lost Creek when the disaster happened. He primarily talked about life in Lost Creek, but also talks some about the disaster, although he was only five when it happened.
