I am looking for any information on an Oscar Barber born 1860 in Peoria Co., IL. Moved to Warren Co., IA after 1885. Probably in the Liberty Center area. We have an story in our family that places him in Warren Co about 1920ish age 60. Oscar does not seem to be buried in Warren Co. We do not know if he was ever married in Iowa, though he lost a wife in IL.
