I am looking for this Clarence McKee. He was born in Salem, Columbiana, Ohio in May 1873. He lived there, was married to Ida and raising a family through the 1910 Census. In 1915 Clarence, 41, is listed in Rock Creek, Nemaha KS with his widowed father William F. McKee, 66. William's sister was Mary McKee Cotton, for whom the Sabetha library is named. Mary had died in Sabetha in 1912 a wealthy woman so perhaps William and or Clarence had inherited some money or land there. William returned to Ohio and died there in 1918. But Clarence is listed in the WW I draft registration in 1918 in Sabetha KS with his nearest relative as Millie McKee also in Sabetha. In the 1920 Census Clarence, 46, is again listed in Rock Creek, Nemaha Co. with wife Millie, 46, born in Canada. I have been unable to find a marriage or death record for either Clarence or Millie or any records after this 1920 Census. Does anyone have any suggestions of places that I might look further. I have tried ancestry, rootsweb, findagrave, USGENWEB archives.
Thank you in advance.
