I am looking for when Minnie Gensler died. Her second husband David Gensler died 24 Jan 1949 and is supposed to be buried in Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson, KS. Are there any cemetery records available online or does someone have a listing of this cemetery? I don’t know that Minnie is buried here, but her husband is supposed to have died in California. I thought maybe the reason he was buried back in Kansas was to be buried by his wife.

Abstract of Last Will and Testament

Decedent directs the payment of all just debts and funeral expenses as soon as can conveniently be done. Decedent bequeathes to Charles E. Wheeler the following: (1) The apartment house located at 285 to 295 Cerriton Avenue, Long Beach. (2) Any automobile that decedent may own. (3) "any grain owned by me at my death, including any crop growing at the time of my death upon my said farm in Ness county, Kansas, and any crop in process of harvesting at the time of my death, and grain in storage at the time of my death."

Decedent directs that her farm consisting of 640 acres in Ness County, Kansas be sold and the proceeds to be paid as follows: (a) $500.00 to Benjamin Franklin SIMONTON. (B) The balance of said proceeds to be divided 1/2 to David A. Wheeler and 1/2 to Mrs. Earl Mudd. "I hereby give devise and bequeath to my
said beloved granddaughter one (1) salitairy ring platimum mounting with one and one quarter (1-1/4) karat diamond setting, and one (1) ring consisting of nineteen (19) stones of an aggregate of approximately two (2) karats, platinum mounting."

Failure to provide for anyone not mentioned in will was done intentionally and with full knowledge. Decedent nomonates Hazel Whitesell and Charles E. Wheeler to serve as Executors of this will and no bond will be required of them.

All the rest, residue and remainer of estate bequeathed to Charles E. Wheeler.

Codicial dated November 4, 1953: Decedent revokes the bequest to Charles E. Wheeler of apartment house, automobile and grain and crops in the will and hereby substitutes as follows:

Charles E. Wheeler bequeathed the apartment house located at 286 to 295 Cerritos Avenue, Long Beach, togather with all furniture and furnishings located therein and upon the death of said Charles E. Wheeler and if he is not living then to his surviving issue.

Decedent revokes the paragraph stating that Executors sell decedent's 640 acre farm in Kansas and that the proceeds shall go to decedent's husband and David A. Wheeler and Mrs Earl Mudd and hereby sustitutes the following: Benjamin Franklin SIMONTON bequeathed sum of $5000.00 and Mrs. Earl Mudd bequeathed the sum of $2000.00 and if either is not living share going to such deceased person shall go to his or her surviving issue.

Decedent nominates Fred Clark and David A. Wheeler to serve as Executors without bond.

Decedent revokes the bequest of the residue in said will and hereby substitutes the following: All the rest, residue and remainder of estate bequeathed to Benjamin Franklin SIMONTON and if he is not living such residue shall go to Charles E. Wheeler and David A. Wheeler in equal shares.
