Sedgwick County Poor Farm 1930

Surnames: Finley, Evans
I believe the 1930 Riverside Township, Sedgwick Co., KS Federal census lists my wife's great grandfather as an "inmate" at the Sedgwick County Poor Farm. Do any records exist from the "poor farm"? Whom would I contact to get information about "inmates"?
