Thomas Reed Browne Son of Stephen C. and Mary E. (Davison) Browne, was born September 9, 1831, in Washington county, KY. Mr. Browne was all his life, after leaving college, a successful farmer, ignoring all outside employments. He married April 21, 1860, Miss Rebecca A. Myer, of Boyle county, KY. Died April 20, 1890, of heart disease, at his home near Beechland, Washington county, leaving a widow, a daughter and a son, T.R. Browne, Jr., class 1886, Centre College
