Marsha Branham OTY, age 55, of Pataskala, OH passed away after battling an illness at OSU Hospital on June 14, 2008. Marsha was born May 27, 1953 to Okla and Vivian Branham(Franklin) in Ashland, KY. She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Oty; daughter, Tracey (Brook) Bellow; son, Roger Bellow; mother, Vivian; sister, Pamela (David) Sparks; sisters-in-law, Diana OTY, Laura Oty; brothers-in-law, David OTY, Steve (Brenda) Oty; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marsha was preceded in death by her father Okla and sister Connie Sue Branham. Marsha will be remembered as a loving mother and wife. She was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Ashland, KY and retired from the State of Ohio, Capital Square Review & Advisory Board. The family will receive friends on June 18, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME. A Funeral Service will be held on June 19, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Tim Swanson officiating.
