The will of John M. Walker, dated 2 Sept 1813, is found in Will Book A, page 57. The will was recorded in 1816. He refers to his wife's brother, Joseph Woods. FamilySearch.org has Kentucky probate records - you might check there. Deeds and tax lists for this time period are not online.
