Billy Ray Hardrick, 70, of Romulus, Mich., passed away on Dec. 11, 2013. Billy was born April 7, 1943, in Princeton, Ky.
He was the son of the late William Hardrick and Dorothy (Dobbins) Taylor.
Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and gambling. He was a football coach of the Romulus Flyers for 15 years. Bill also loved spending time with his family.
To cherish his memory, he leaves his wife, Serena Hardrick of Romulus, Mich.; four sons, Michael (Elaine) Hardrick of Garden City, Mich., Gary Hardrick of Ammisville, Va., Matthew (Monica) Hardrick of Romulus, Mich., and Todd (Amy) Hardrick of Stockbridge, Mich.; one daughter, Kristi Schofield of Romulus, Mich.; one sister, Bonnye (Vic) Skornicka of East Tawas, Mich.; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to Bill’s passing, he was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Larry Ladd.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the Romulus Progressive Hall. The hall is located at 11580 Ozga Street, Romulus, Mich. 48174.
