GALION: Loretta Mitchell, 78, of Galion, Ohio died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Mill Creek Nursing and Rehab, Galion after a long illness.
Loretta was born in Greenup County, KY on March 1, 1935 to the late Sylvester and Essie (Blevins) Dillow.
She married Tony Mitchell and he preceded her.
She lived here for 20 years coming from Cincinnati, Ohio. She loved to read, cook and to garden. Loretta was a determined woman.
She is survived by her brother Cliff Dillow, Fredericktown, half-brother Jack & Julie Harris, South Bend, IN; half-sisters: Ruth Ann Conley, NC and Vicki & Kenneth Cooksey, KY; two nieces and a nephew: Kelly & Marc Hoffman, Lorain, Mike Mitchell, Cincinnati and Angela & Dale VanHorn, Bellville, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her brother Hershel Dillow, sisters JoAnn Harris and Essie Adkins.
