After I just posted a message to you I realized I failed to put a few things:

John and William Miller are on the list of first land holders in Middletown, Jefferson Co. KY. They bought lots sometime between 1797 and 1838. They bought 6 lots. The connection between the Woodsmalls and the Millers is that the farm originally belonged to the Miller family, and then to the Woodsmall family, so both families are buried there. There was a log cabin (and I don't know if it's still there) and it was presumably built by John Miller. I can't help but think this John Miller was in your ancestry with the information you have given. Thanks...
