Can anyone tell me the connection between David Hoover, Sr, who died in Jessamine Co, in 1813 whose brother was Moses Hoover, to the people mentioned in his will: Dr. Peter TRISLER, Alann ROHRER (son of Henry ROHRER, Jr.), Jonas Hoover (son of Andrew Hoover), and Thomas GOFORTH, who had an "afflicted" son. David's wife is listed as Elizabeth.
