Hello - I just saw your post. I am descended from David Crady, too. In the early 1990s I went to LaRue County to research the Cradys. I met Beatrice Crady for lunch, and She had a family group record that she had compiled from her research. She allowed me to make a copy of the record and yes, David, Jr. descends from David, Sr. and Polly Edlin. David, Sr. father was John Crady and Polly's father was Richard Edlin. Evelyn Crady Adams descended from David, Sr's son, Richard Crady and the book is primarily about her family line. Beatrice has David Crady II (or Jr.) on her chart as the second child of David and Polly. He was b. 1792 and d. 1839. His wife was Nancy Coy and they were married 29th Nov 1817. His older sister was Jane "Jenny" Crady born 1790. Jenny married Sharp Spencer in 1809.
