Judy K. (Pennington) Hunley
Judy K. (Pennington) Hunley, age 58, of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital, on Sunday, October 26, 2003, at 12:05 p.m. She was born in Camp Dix, [Lewis County], Kentucky, on May 7, 1945, the daughter of Walton Clay and Ethel Frances (White) Morgan. Judy was employed as an assistant produce manager at Marsh Supermarket for thirty-three years, retiring in 2002. She was a member of Brookville Baptist Church, Oxford.
She is survived by three sisters, Clarona Butler of Bucyrus, Ohio, Shirley Ash of Oceola, Ohio and her twin sister, Patricia Chinn of Hamilton; thirty-six nieces and nephews; sixty-three great-nieces and nephews; ten great-great nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Paul Hunley; three brothers, Vestal, Marvin, and Clyde Morgan; and six sisters, Mildred Bloomfield, Lenora Morgan, Joyce Gilbert, Maxine Fannin, Wanda Webb and Phyllis Rose.
Visitation will be held at the Brown Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, October 29, 2003, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Laurel Point Christian Holiness Church, Camp Dix, Kentucky, on Thursday, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Roy Van Winkle, of the Brookville Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Morgan Cemetery. Visitation will also be held Thursday from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
