Dora LaVerne Duncan Jackson Sinek, 88, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Kuttawa, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at 6:15 a.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital in Reno.
A daughter of the late Gaylon and Sarah Mahale Browning Duncan, she was a member of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, AB Jackson, and her second husband, William Jackson Sinek; a brother, Wallace R. Duncan; and three sisters, Elizabeth Lucille Duncan, Nadine Fox and Dorothy Calhoun; and a grandson, Brandon Jackson.
Survivors include a son and wife, Dan and Dorothy Sills Jackson of Brownsville, Tenn.; two granddaughters, Ashley Jackson of Brownsville, Tenn., and Clayton and Laura Sanderson of Nashville, Tenn.,; and a sister, Virginia McQuigg of Kuttawa.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Oct. 18, at 2 p.m. at Dunn’s Funeral Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Gary D. Rowan officiating.
Brial will follow in Rolling Hills Cemetery. (Eddyville Ky.)
