Obituary: Mary Ethel Drury Barr, 76, New Castle, formerly of La Grange, died Sunday at Mount Holly Nursing Center.
She was a native of Marion County and a retired housekeeper for Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in La Grange.
Survivors: her husband, Owen Henry Barr; three daughters, Mary Stewart and Deborah Drury, both of Crestwood, and Theresa Nevitt; six sons, Joe Drury of Worthville, Ronald Drury of La Grange, Michael Drury of Crestwood and James, Robert and Jerry Drury; a stepson, Ronald Barr of Bedford; three stepdaughters, Sharon Hardin of Centerfield, Rhonda Webster of Buckner and Sandra Coggshall of Crestwood; three brothers, Bobby Jones of La Grange and Earl and James Jones; three sisters, Lillian Hainesworth and Regina Phillips, both of Danville, and Virginia Lunsford of Illinois; 26 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, La Grange. Burial: Valley of Rest Cemetery, La Grange.
Visitation: Arch L. Heady Radcliffe Funeral Home, La Grange, 6-9 p.m.
Tuesday and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday.
