Arthur Montgomery Young, 73, died at 5:55 p.m. Friday at the family home, 1144 Moxahala avenue after a three year illness.
Mr. Young was born at Mayslick, Ky., a son of Lindsey and Fannie Young but had resided in Zanesville more than 65 years.
He graduated from Zanesville high in 1903 and later from Wilberforce university. He had been a member of Union Baptist church more than 60 years and also served as a trustee. He was a retired janitor at the Hazel Atlas Glass Plant No. 1.
Surviving are a brother, Charles of New York City; four sisters, Mrs. Carrie Johnson of Kansas City, Mrs. Daisy James of 1578 West Main street, Mrs. Naomi Kendricks of Columbus (Ohio) and Mrs. Bernice Wells of St. Louis; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ethel Redman of the home. His wife Irma, died in March, 1953.
The body will be taken to the Mader-Peoples funeral home where friends may call after 12 noon Saturday.
Arrangements for services have not been completed.

Funeral services for Arthur M Young, 73, will be held at 10 o'clock this afternoon at Union Baptist church with Rev. C. T. Todd officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood.

Forgive me if someone has already told you this. Images of Ohio death certificates can be found at http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#...

Look in Ohio Deaths within that site. I noticed William, son of Lindsey Young on there. There are probably others as well.
