Have any Westerfield (or Lock) researchers read the above court case and know what it's about? All I've seen is an abstract which reads: Benjamin Lock v. James Westerfield on petition, defendant did not appear; Judgment to plaintiff for 2 pounds, 10 shillings and costs. Lock to pay Peter Lock 25# of tobacco for attending on day as a witness for him. March 25, 1789.
