Hi,

I'm looking for a transcription of the people who are buried at the Duff Cemetery, aka: Red Hill Cemetery (Chavies, Perry Co., KY)!! (Cemetery is above a private airstrip!! Possible Duff Airport?)

I was down there for a 1 time visit (once in my lifetime I'm sure) in Feb. 2005 for my Grt Aunt's burial.. I only had the time to get a few pics taken of Duff tombstomes, but I know that there were Fugate's, Napier's, Campbell's and many others there.

Would love to get a complete list (if possible, pics of all the tombstones) of this cemetery..

I would like to research this cemetery and compare the relationships to each one buried there. It's been said that to be allowed to be buried there a Duff relation had to be proven...

Which interests me even more!!!

Is anyone aware of a transcribed list of this cemetery is in existance?? Or do you know of someone that would volunteer there time to make a transcribed list for me??

In time (future project) I would like to make a booklet of this cemetery and if possible to get a group together to have a fund raiser to help have a sign/marker made posted at the cemetery.

When I visited in February if I didn't have exact directions from several people from this board's chat room, I would NEVER have found it's location..... Once there, and saw the beauty of the location on top of the hill I was amazed that a sign/marker was not found!!

So with the booklet and fundraiser; it's going to be my future projects in the next coming years.... as well as research of all other cemteries were my relatives are buried and see if transcriptions have been made..

I love doing genealogy (it's like doing a puzzle)

Any and all help in these researches are GREATLY appreciated!!! And if you like I will have your name listed in the booklets as contributors to them (upon your approval of the use of your name!!)
