Hi Joan,
I am from Louisiana but now living in Colorado and helping a recently acquainted "cousin" in Denver search for her family. (We are related through the Keller family albeit a few generations back) on the German Coast. It is very difficult to do this long distance research.

I came across your post on Henry Buquoi and Charlotte Thenevar and these are two people that she is looking for in her family line. She has no information on this couple other than their names and that Charlotte came to Louisiana in 1719 at age 21. My thought is she was shipped to Louisiana under John Law's campaign when the company was "sweeping" the streets of France. so, any information you have referenced would be most helpful and appreciated. If you do not want to post it here, please email me at msebeth1957@hotmail.com.

Thank You from me and my "new found cousin", Denise,
Mari
