This just keeps getting better!

My sister has managed to find two male lines for the surname Cormier on my mom's mom's side and she's traced them both back to Robert Cormier. I'm eager to see where it branches off to eventually become my dad's dad's side of the family.

Thankfully, it appears (from everything you've shown me) that the branch was at least 200 years back, so there is plenty of mixing with other families between that time and the time my parents were married otherwise I might have been inbred lol :)
