Oh my gosh, your Aunt Pearls granddaughter. My mother is Susan or Suzy as your mother, her sisters and Aunt Pearl call her. Our mothers still stay in touch. Nellie was my grandmother.
The only thing is...none of our relatives are on the Dawes rolls of the 5 tribes, that I can find. And they say if they were not registered they will not recognize us. I have not been able to trace Emily Piper very far. I have found an Emily Piper w/father Rufin and mother Sedonia Piper when she was a girl. I associate her with the Emily that I find in the census that married Zenon because she carried the name Sedonia down.
