Simon Cornelius Bilbo was the son of John Carnes Bilbo (27 Oct 1845 - 12 Jul 1923) and Susan Arina Flurry (30 Aug 1859-23 Sep 1921). John and Susan were married 29 Apr 1877 in Calcasieu, Louisiana. They are both buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery; located in De Ridder, Beauregard, Louisiana.
