Looking for any information of relatives of Code Fennell who married Neal (Lizzie Neal) Skipper 1-april-1891 in Bienville Parish, La. Not sure of the town but the Skippers lived in the Ringgold Area. I think Code is perhaps a nick name because I've not been able to find him. He died before 1900 leaving his young wife with a son, James Curtis Phennel/Fennell. James Curtis was born December 16, 1895.

Any help out there????
