I am trying to find out any info I can on my Grandfather Andrew Jackson Carter. I have located him in the 1920 census being in Caddo Parish 3 oldest sons born there. They moved to Panola County Tx. They showed up in the Panola Co. 1930 census. After that dead end on What happened to him. Was told he died somewhere in Louisiana some same Keachie La some say in died in Angola prison. But I can't find anymore info on him after 1930. My Grandmother lists herself as widowed on the 1940s census in Polk Co. Tx. Anyone with any info PLEASE help
