Hello,

I am not kin to the Frazier family. At one time I was checking into the neighbors of Thomas Moore and wife Josephine Hollingsworth Moore (from 1880 Claiborne Parish, Louisiana) when I came across Marshall Frazier and wife Emma. Sometimes families live around the same area, even next door. However, I was not able to connect Emma to the Moore line.

Marshall Frazier was born Dec. 31, 1847 in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana to B.G. (or C.) Frazier who was born in Edgefield, South Carolina. Marshall's mother was C. (or G.) E. Hurley, and she was born in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.

Marshall and Emma Frazier could be found living in Collin County, Texas. Marshall Frazier died April 5, 1924 from T.B., and is buried in Big Springs, Collin County, Texas. Footnote.com offers a copy of the death certificate for a small price.

Hopefully this information helps many searching the Frazier line.
