I'm sure that you have found lots of information in the past 8-10 years since this post, but thought I would respond. I am a descendant of Laura Penny who married into the Foster line. The Foster line is well documented and I am a member of DAR based off of James Foster, who came to Natchez, Miss. and received a Spanish Land Grant.
