Those are interesting entries. The Tumlin family were mostly in Georgia and Alabama with my part of the family emigrating to Louisiana in about 1904. Max would be a small child. There was travel in the 30's for family reunions from Georgia to Alabama.
I guess Cora is a bit of a mystery so I'm curious as to what happened to her.
I found an entry for a Cora Tumlin marrying in Arkansas sometime in the mid-20's. Don't know if she is one and the same, but it would fit the family tradition that she was from there or moved there. I wonder if Cora is a variation of another name.
All of this just keeps me going with family history and when it surfaces once again and more information is available, maybe one day I'll have my curiousity satisfied.
Thanks for the two possible clues Barbara!
