Felix G Wynn (1825 GA - 1869 Richland Parish, LA) & Cynthia Ann; Thomas G Wynn & Luvenia Thornton

Surnames: Wynn, Wynne, Thornton
Seeking contact with anyone researching the line of Felix G Wynn b 18 May 1825 GA to Green Wynne & Hannah Tyus and who died 03 Jun 1869 in Richland Parish, LA and ALSO that of Felix' uncle, Thomas G Wynn b 27 Dec 1803 & Luvenia Thornton
Felix is found in household 631/849 Morehouse Parish, LA on 29 Aug 1860 aged 30 with wife C A (Cynthia Ann). The next 8-9 houses are Wynn siblings & relatives.
Widowed Cynthia A Wynn 33 is found in the 14 Jun 1870 Ward 3, Post Office Girard, Richland Parish, LA in household 16/16 of James C Weaver aged 25. With Cynthia are her children Sarah J 9, Thomas 6, Lurena 4 & Mary E 10 months (born abt Aug 1869 after the death of her father).
I have no idea what, if any, relationship there was between james C Weaver & Cynthia Ann.
Cynthia Ann was born in 1837 in AL. Looking thru Ancestry.com's marriage records, I've found the following:
28 Mar 1855 Felix Wynn Cynthia Ann Wynn 28 Mar 1855 Bienville Parish, LA. Strange that the marriage occurred all the way across the state from where they were living.
I think that possibly Cynthia, if she was indeed a Wynn, was the daughter of Thomas G Wynn, son of Green Wynne & Hannah Tyus and uncle of Felix Wynn. Have found him on census records in 1860 Morehouse Parish, LA with apparent second wife, Sarah. Checking the 1850 AL census, I've found him in Pike Co, AL with Sarah on 20 Sep 1850. Sarah is aged 24 b 1826 SC, Thomas G Wynn is aged 46 b GA. In the house with them are children Thomas L b 1830 AL, Robert 16 b 1834 AL, Lewis 9 b 1841 AL (all prob from previous marriage), John 3 b 1847 AL and Joseph 2 b 1848 AL (prob Sarah's children) and finally Sintha 14 b 1836 AL (believe this to be Cynthia). Funny how the enumerator listed all sons and then the daughter. I think she is also from the first marriage of Thomas G Wynn to Lavenia Thornton which occurred 7 Oct 1821 in Jones Co, GA.
Have found Thomas G Wynn today in 1830 & 40 Pike Co, AL with more children, but haven't sat down yet to sort the unknown children out and come up with a total # of children for Thomas G Wynn and Lavenia Thornton.
Planning on calling the Bienville Parish CofC tomorrow to confirm the marriage of Felix Wynn and Cynthia Ann Wynn. If it did indeed take place there, and if I'm correct on Cynthia's parentage, then she & Felix were 1st cousins. Hoping to find out one way or another.
