Need info on parents of John Ben Smith. His parents were John James Smith and Harriet Brown Smith. John Ben was born in Ala. about 1831-32. He spent some time in San Antonio, Texas. Was in Natchitoches Parrish, La. by 1860, married Eugenia Rouquier in 1862.
