Researching Malachy Kelly (born about 1835 in County Galway to Wm Kelly)and his wife, Katherine Biggs (born about 1840-1845 County Mayo. They married about 1855-1860 in New Orleans area. Their eldest son, William J. Kelly, was born about 1860-1862 in New Orleans. They then moved to St. Paul, MN where Malachy worked for the Great Northern Railroad for over 50 years. His son, William J. Kelly, became Supt of Motive Power for GNRR in St. Paul and Spokane, WA. Any info on the Kelly/Biggs family in New Orleans would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
