I'm looking for the following in Placquemines Parish.

Christopher C. Valley
B. about 1838/Plaquemines Parish(per death certificate)
D. 10 May 1903/New Orleans, LA

His parents are

Charles Valley (cannot find anything, death, census, etc)
B. Louisiana
D. ?

and

Mary C. Lee
B. 1814/Louisiana
D. 27 Dec 1896/New Orleans, LA

Father and son were both "seamen". Christopher was a river pilot/captain.
