I am searching the Van Veckhoven and John Francis Van Veckhoven appears on record to be my Gr.Gr.Gr.Grandfather. His son was John Van Veckhoven. Born in Belgium. Not Possitive. But,all lived in Red River,Parrish,Louisana. Last name is spelled VanVeckhoven. I was told as a child,by my aunt,that Van is a title added to Veckhoven. one of my great grandfather's was the Duke of Holland.
