Is anyone researching Hypolita DELILLE?

This is all I know about her and any added information would be greatly appreciated:

She was born circa 1780-1790, of Marseilles, in France. Hypolita died before July 6, 1829. She married Juan Perez before 1810-1812, in St. Bernard, Louisiana. Daughter of Nicolas Delille & Martha Remberg.
