I've found my grandfather's World War I draft registration card and I need help figuring out where he lived in the parish. His name was Henry Wendell (or Windel) George.
He worked at the New Orleans Refinery Company - NORCO (the place that gave Norco its name). On the card it says he lives at the residence of Mrs. Jacques Rousselle. (Life would be much easier if people would realize the woman's name isn't her husband's first name - but that's another rant.)
So here's the problem. I can't figure out if they lived in Moberly, Weberly, Roberly, Waberly, or some other weird spelling. I can't make out the first letter/s, and there are no towns on any maps I've checked that have those letters. Comparing the town's name with other letters written on the card, it doesn't look like it could be "H", "M", "N", "L", "S", "W", "G", "R"........etc.
Here are the links to the WWI cards, front and back:

Thanks so much. Also, does anyone know anything about the Jacques Rousselle (various spellings?) family?
Thanks for any assistance you can share.
