Wm. A. Durapau was my paternal grandfather. Una Smith was my paternal grandmother. Together they had three children: Clendon Earl Durapau, Falba mae DuRapau and William A. Jr. who was my father. They divorced when was faATHER WAS VERY YOUNG, HE WAS BORN ON aUGUST 19, 1927. William, Sr. is buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery in New Orleans. Una and my dad (William, Jr.) are both buried in Lafayette Cemetery.
