I am researching a road in Dulwich (Ildersly Grove) where your ancestors lived in 1881. Mrs Mary Peterson nee Hopewell was there with some of her children but not her husband. Do you have any information as to why they were in Dulwich? Quite a few people connected with the British Raj lived in the road at that time (about 14% of the residents) Any information about their time in India or St Helena would be helpful too.
