July 19, 1851- William Lindsey represented his father Isaac Lindsey lately died leaving several heirs, viz; Matilda Lindsey, wife of Jimeson Carter; Malinda Lindsey, wife of Jery Thompson; Lucinda Lindsey, wife of Samuel Newman; Mary Lindsey, wife of John Brabham; Harvey Lindsey, minor; and pettioner. Asked appointment as tutor of to the minor Harvey Lindsey with Moses McCulvin under tutor geanted.

NANCY TATE [The Elder] 1833-

This abstract has her death Nov. 3, 1833, widow of John Tate has her children and mentions as one of her children as Mary, wife 1. of Isaac Lindsey and 2. Nehemiah Newman. Other Tate family info is in the successions.
