Trying to find a picture of and family of: Benjamin EVANS. He was lost in WWII, 17 Oct 1944, on the submarine: USS Escolar (SS-294). 1930 census: Louisiana, St. Mary Parish, Police Jury Ward - with parents: Ben and Emma. Siblings: Althea, Jefferson D., Katherine, Bell Nancy. The Pennsylvania War Casualties - EVANS, Benjamin, Steward's Mate 1c, USNR. Wife, Mrs. Mildred Evans, 2411 Chauncey Dr., Pittsburg. - I believe his sister Katherine/Catherine, married a HAYS/HAYES. Sister Nancy or Belle Nancy, b. 1925, d. Jun 2000, Houston, TX. I believe Belle married, Fred Douglas JOLIVET. - Thank you for any assistance. Sharon
