Does anyone have the name of the "overseer", or "caretaker" of Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery?

My husband's father is buried in the cemetery. A person called me yesterday and told me that someone has been putting photos and flowers on his grave. There is no problem with this--it's just a huge mystery since we don't know who is doing this. I thought perhaps the caretaker may have some information.
