I don't know of birth certificates issued in 1898 and the Guillory lines in your ancestry are from Louisiana not the Caribbean; but a line to Mono Juge being octaroon can be shown from Father Donald Hebert's SW LA Records:

BLANCO, Jean Baptiste (Jean & Eulalie MAGLOIRE) m. 28 Jan. 1847 Celestine LEDE a negro (Opel. Ch.: v.2, p.264)

Adrien's Juge ancestor's were from France; but records cannot be found for a sister.
