Hello, everyone :)

I haven't had a chance to pick through each post's individual details, but, Cheryl, I'm finding the information you've posted especially helpful.

I'm the great-granddaughter of Loyd H Mulina and Edna Jane Cox, and have had a heck of a time finding anything at all on the Mulina family.

Best story that anyone in my family can come up with is that Mulina was originally Mulaney and that they either couldn't spell it correctly or changed it due to the prejudices against Irish during the heavy period of Irish immigration.

On a popular gravesite searching website, I see that someone noted that Loyd H Mulina (Sr)'s parents were William Henry Mulina and Frances E "Larry". So Lowery would make perfect sense as an alt. search or the correct spelling. And Fanny/Fannie would be an expected nickname.
