Death notices or obituaries

I am trying to locate a death notice or obituary for my great grandfather, James Edward Lyle(s) and his son, Milton Randolph Lyle(s). James Edward died in 1921 and Milton died in 1927 (based on family bible). The story is they were working in lumber mill in Bogalusa and caught yellow fever and died. I have searched the online vital records database and have not found either of them, although I found a Jerome Lyles with a death date that matched James Edward. What other sources might be available on line (i. e. newspapers, yellow fever records, etc) that might help me get information on these 2 men. They are supposed to be buried in a Smith cemetery near Warnerton but none of the transcriptions of Smith cemeteries in the parish list their names. I would be grateful for any ideas.
