I am doing research on the Bardin and Alexander families of Oak Grove and Forest, LA. They moved there from Hinds or Madison County, MS. My great-great grandmother was Eleanor Alexander, wife of Joseph Key Bardin. She parents were Benjamin Alexander and Nancy Smith. Her brothers were Walter and Estell Alexander. She may have had a sister named Ada Dorman or Ada Harden. I think her sister, Eunice Adams moved to New Era, LA in Concordia Parish. Anyone with info please contact me at jazzinbob1@aol.com
