Perhaps someone knows the location of J.P. Smith Cemetery in which Isaac Johnson, Governor of Louisiana, b 1803, d 1853,is buried?

Gov Isaac Johnson, son of John Hunter Johnson, son of Issac Johnson.

Or the location of Troy Plantation? Is it the location of the nuclear plant?
