If you have the property description, as it seems that you do, there is a way to locate it by using Earth Google. I can't tell you how it works, but my daughter works in a timber procurement department in a large paper mill for a bunch of forresters. When they had all the maps out looking for the location of land, she had a bright idea to use Earth Google to find the location of the land. It will give longitude and lattitude. Now they use her method of locating land instead of locating by maps.
Wish I could give you more information about how this is done, but I am not that much of a whiz at these things.
