Was John Judge, born abt 1833 Ireland related to Catherine Judge Carrigan (Kerrigan)born abt 1833 Ireland?

She married my ggrandfather Martin Carrigan. The Carrigan family moved from Woburn Mass abt 1870, to Lewiston Maine and most of them worked in cotton bleachery, as John Judge family worked in cotton mill. Losts of names are similar.

Also, Patrick possibly listed as a brother to one of my uncles on a later cencus.
