am seeking the grave of John Buckley Sr. and Mrs Buckley
they had lived in Sullivan in what is now Sorrento ME.
there was a deed for the family plot on the then owned land
in Sullivan. I have not been able to locate any such cemetery.
or any of the family members who should/may be therein.
John Sr Buckley/Bulkley was a Revolutionary War Patriot
who served as a Lt. & Master on the war Frigate Alliance abt 1778-1783 for the duration
of the war.. so he may have a grave with an inscription.
If there is indeed one that does exsist.

this child should be buried in Sullivan fam plot.
The property John Buckley Sr owned in 1806 would have been
on the east side road near Bass Cove, present day Sorrento ME.
the cemetery was deeded seperately but within this same area
as the original land deeded.
this family as to thier burials is my brickwall.
if any one may offer any suggestions it is greatly appreciated by me.
there was a rumor that the cemetery may have been moved
long long ago but it is only a rumor....at this point.
