From Cape Cod to Bar Harbor

Surnames: Snow
My ancestors were from Cape Cod, some of them being Mayflower passengers. The family name is Snow. I'm very curious as to why a large portion of them ended up moving to Bar Harbor. Wondering if anyone has an insight into this. Thanks!
