Hello - You were going to send me a link to your tree for Archie King and Sophia Bourgoin, I have a copy of your Daniel's original marriage certificate, as Daniel King married Virgina Masse on/in the same day that my great grandfather Louis Masse married Sophia King. Both marriage certificates were witnessed by Archie King. There are quite a few twists and tales about Archie, his origins, and his daughter and her husband. Wonder what ever happened to him after they left Dunseith/Bottineau? Do you know? The last record I can find on what might be him is here in the 1916 Canadian census. Did he come here to rescue his daughter Sohphia? Lots to share with you. Come to think of it, I am pretty sure I have some of Daniel & Virginia's childrens school records.
